I had an exceptional experience at this resort, particularly due to the incredible staff who really made me feel at home. The room design was truly luxurious and spotlessly clean, providing an excellent retreat. The breakfast buffet was a standout, while the diverse dining options provided some memorable meals. However, I did notice that some areas, though pleasing, could use a little more attention to detail in terms of upkeep.
